Putin-Biden Summit Unlikely to Lead to Breakthroughs, But May Boost Dialogue, RIAC Expert says


The virtual summit U.S.A. – Russia between Putin and Biden that will take place via a protected video link on Tuesday will not lead to any breakthroughs.
