MZ: No, it speeds up the absolute necessity. There are 2 options. They can go ahead and do this thing before the collapse……or wait for the collapse and then do it. IMO It is forcing them to move forward.”  I don’t agree. Yes, things are very volatile in the financials, but I can’t see how anything will change (for the better) under this…
