It will Not unless NESARA is announced first. The same goes for in other countries for their new currency. The NESARA exchange from the FRN to the USTN will be for SIX months not the FRN be worthless at the start of the RV or NESARA, where you cannot purchase anything with the FRN anymore. Only the authorized banks that can stay in business have the USTNs…
