Syrian Regime offensive on IDLIB may be IMMINENT !

Turkey may have agreed to cede control of territory in southern Idlib to pro-Assad forces in a meeting with Russia on September 16 to discuss developments in Syria’s northwestern Idlib province the current situation in the area, a statement by the Defense Ministry said. If the reports of a deal are true, a pro-Assad offensive is likely imminent.
