Waking Up an Hour Earlier Can Help Fight Depression

Adequate sleep is essential for maintaining good physical and mental health. Now, new research has revealed that good health also depends on sleep schedules. In fact, waking up an hour earlier is generally found to help prevent or combat major depression. This discovery was made in a study conducted by a team of researchers from the University of Colorado in 2021.
