Ukraine Crisis: Will Russia’s Putin Recognize Independence of Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics?

The Russian State Duma has called on Vladimir Putin to recognize the independence of Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, in the eastern Ukraine.

This happens as tensions rise between East & West over Ukraine and an ongoing threat of a full-fledged Russian invasion of the neighboring country.
