The Army officer who was found guilty of disobeying COVID-19 rules says he tried to communicate concerns regarding COVID-19 vaccines but was instead court-martialed.
“I will always take responsibility for my words and actions,” First Lt. Mark Bashaw, formerly the commander of the Army Public Health Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland, said.
