Russian Oligarch Who Made Drone Bombers and Mysteriously Escaped U.S. Sanctions Has Ties to The Bidens

It’s been a bit of a mystery why notable Russian oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov — a billionaire who until recently controlled Sistema, an engineering conglomerate that manufactures drones — has escaped U.S. sanctions.

Yevtushenkov has been hammered by U.K sanctions, which forced him to give up a controlling stake in the Sistema conglomerate in March. Vladimir transferred a 10% stake to his son after the U.K. sanctions, Reuters reported at the time.
