Ukraine’s biological warfare activities, carried out with assistance from Washington, are not unprecedented, they are part of the U.S.’ bioweapons programs, a senior Russian Foreign Ministry official said Monday.
“Biological warfare activities, being carried out in Ukraine with assistance from the U.S., unfortunately, are not unprecedented,” Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said at a meeting of the Federation Council commission inquiring into the U.S.-sponsored laboratories in Ukraine.
