U.S. Experts Say Ukraine Lacks Security System for Dangerous Pathogens


Ukraine lacks a security system for dangerous pathogens, Chief of Russia’s Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Troops Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov said on Thursday, citing a U.S. expert report.
