By 10 a.m., an air raid alarm sounded throughout Ukraine, followed by emergency shutdowns.  Damage to infrastructure facilities in Khmelnitsky and Kryvyi Rih was confirmed, and the largest cities, such as Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa, Kyiv, Kharkov, Krivoy Rog, faced emergency shutdowns. Svatovo-Kremennaya, The Russian army completely liberated Gryanikovka, knocking out the remnants of the defense.
