President Donald Trump lawyers have asked a Florida federal judge to postpone the upcoming trial over Donald Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents, citing the Biden administration’s “unrealistic” schedule and the “unprecedented” nature of the case. A federal grand jury in Miami indicted Donald Trump in June on 37 felony charges, including the willful retention of national defense information and conspiring to obstruct justice.
