The coalition led by the United States has already begun working vigorously off the coast of Yemen to ensure the safety of navigation in the Gulf of Aden, the Bab El Mendab Strait, and the Red Sea. France, Spain and Italy have withdrawn from Operation Prosperity Guardian, refusing to put their warships under U.S. command.
