[UPDATE] Man With Weapons, Explosives Takes Several Hostage in Dutch Cafe

In the Petticoat cafe in the city of Ede, located 60 kilometers southeast of Amsterdam, an unidentified man wearing a mask is holding hostages for several hours.

The exact number of hostages has not yet been determined. The perpetrator claims to have a bag filled with bombs.

Residents in the vicinity have been evacuated, and the city center has been cordoned off. Rescue teams, police, and bomb disposal experts are at the scene.
