The West continues to ignore Russia’s signal sent with the launch of its latest Oreshnik intermediate-range ballistic missile. So they can shift the blame onto Moscow for the escalation of the conflict, Russian Ambassador to Belgium Alexander Tokovinin said on Wednesday.
