President Trump will hold a “Victory Rally” in Washington D.C. on the night before Inauguration Day for supporters. It will mark the first time Trump has headlined a rally since his election victory over Vice President Kamala Harris in November. Capital One Arena, home to the NBA’s Washington Wizards and NHL’s Washington Capitals, has a capacity of about 20,000 people. A joint session of Congress will meet Jan. 6 to count the electoral votes certifying Trump’s victory four years.
