Russia’s presidential aide and Chairman of the Maritime Board, Nikolay Patrushev, has highlighted the increasing risk of military threats to Russia from Europe and NATO in the Baltic region. “Judging by the outcomes of the recent European Union summit, which resolved to pursue large-scale militarization, military threats will only escalate.
