President Donald Trump said that he will speak by phone with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, at 10:00 a.m. EST.

“Will be speaking to President Putin of Russia at 10:00 a.m. Thank you!” he wrote on Truth Social. The Russian president earlier said he planned to hold phone talks with Trump on Thursday.
