💥D1403-Dec 28th 00:00Z: Russian troops launched a mass strike on energy infrastructure in the Kyiv Region. The strike hit the Kyiv Hydroelectric Power Station, Trypillia Thermal Power Plant, Bila Tserkva CHP, and three more CHP plants in Kyiv itself, as well as a substation in Vyshhorod. The city remains almost completely without power. Putin was briefed on the liberation of Myrnohrad, Stepnohirsk, Huliapole, Rodynske, and Artemivka.
