• US President Donald Trump said Iran’s response to Washington’s latest proposal was “totally unacceptable,” in a brief but sharply worded social media post
• Iran’s state broadcaster reported that Tehran’s response to the latest US proposal includes demands for compensation over war damage and recognition of the Islamic Republic’s sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz.
• Tehran would respond with “surprising options” to any new strikes, Iranian army spokesman said on Sunday, adding that the response would include “new arenas of war.”
