- Negotiations between the United States and the Islamic Republic are set to resume in Pakistan on July 11, following Ali Khamenei’s days-long funeral, Al Arabiya reported Saturday citing sources.
- Iranian state media said senior clerics, rather than current Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, would lead funeral prayers for former Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Tehran, Qom and Mashhad.
