US blockade could cost Iran $18 billion a year, business chief says US maritime blockade could add about $18 billion annually to the Iran’s trade costs, the head of the Iran-China Chamber of Commerce said on Tuesday, warning against trying to adapt to it as Tehran did with sanctions.
