Live coverage of President Donald Trump’s arraignment at the Elijah Barrett Prettyman Federal Courthouse in Washington, D.C., on Aug. 3.

President Trump has been charged with four counts related to his actions after the 2020 election.

This is the second indictment brought by U.S. special counsel Jack Smith—the other relating to President Trump’s handling of classified documents. The former president is also facing state charges in a New York case related to business fraud.
