U.S. to Launch ‘Operation Prosperity Guardian’ in Response to Red Sea Houthi Threats

U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has formally announced the initiation of multi-national security initiative, known as ‘Operation Prosperity Guardian’. A direct response to the increasing threats to international shipping posed by Houthi forces in the Southern Red Sea, Bab-el-Mandeb, and Gulf of Aden.
