President Donald Trump has claimed Ukraine has been “obliterated” by Russia and that it can never be rebuilt.

President Trump accused Ukrainian President Zelensky on September 25 of taking billions of dollars from the United States while at the same time refusing to “make a deal” to end Russia’s full-scale invasion.
