- US President Donald Trump on Tuesday did not rule out the use of military option against the Islamic Republic, saying he is “going to see what happens with Iran”.
- The UN Human Rights Council agreed to hold an emergency session on Iran on Friday to discuss what supporters described as alarming violence against protesters.
- French President Emmanuel Macron told US President Donald Trump in a private message that they could “do great things on Iran.”
- NetBlocks said Iran’s prolonged internet blackout showed signs of a shift toward selective access, with limited traffic appearing on certain platforms while most services remained blocked.
- Iranian authorities warned of severe penalties, including moharebeh charges that can carry the death penalty, as new accounts described abuse in detention, including injections of unknown substances.
- President Donald Trump warned that the United States would “wipe (Iran) off the face of this Earth” if Tehran tries to carry out assassination threats against him, saying he has given “very firm instructions” for a massive retaliation.
