[US-Israel, Iran War Day #19] Heavy Airstrikes on Tehran and Regime Infrastructure

• Iran’s foreign minister said Tehran’s stance against developing nuclear weapons is unlikely to change, while adding that the new supreme leader has not yet set out his position.
• The secretariat of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council said in a statement on Tuesday night that its secretary, Ali Larijani, was killed in a morning airstrike along with his son Morteza and several bodyguards.
• US President Donald Trump told reporters on Tuesday that he is “not afraid” of deploying boots on the ground in Iran when asked about concerns that such a move could lead to a situation like the Vietnam War.
• “The assassination of Larijani was made possible thanks to valuable intelligence that Israeli intelligence services received from residents of Tehran over the past 24 hours,” an Israeli official told Iran International.
