In Brief…

  • CENTCOM said US forces intercepted Iranian missiles and drones aimed toward Hormuz and Persian Gulf countries, with no reported US casualties.
  • The IRGC said it stopped one tanker trying to leave Hormuz after warning four vessels, while CENTCOM denied Iranian claims of damage to the US Fifth Fleet site in Bahrain.
  • Trump said Iran has “no choice” but to reach a deal and that the nuclear issue will be resolved “one way or the other,” by agreement or a harder path.
  • The UN nuclear watchdog repeated its calls on Iran to urgently inform the agency of the fate of its enriched uranium stockpile since its atomic sites were bombed a year ago and let inspections resume fully.

This is a developing story that HO1 will continue to monitor.
