Turkish military base in Diyarbakir struck by two drones

Turkish forces supposedly shot down two homemade drones throughout an attempted attack against the centers of the 8th Main Jet Base Command in Diyarbakir during the early hours of May 19.  According to authorities, the event occurred at about 00:30; there were no reports of damage or injuries. As yet, no group has actually declared duty for the attack. The 8th Main Jet Base Command lies at the southeastern end of Diyarbakir Airport (Do It Yourself), a center that serves both civilian and military aviation.
