President Trump Won’t Be Charged by Manhattan District Attorney

Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance won’t charge President Donald Trump or the Trump Organization with a crime relating to allegations about “hush money” payments on manipulated real estate values, according to Trump’s lawyer.
