President Trump wins CPAC 2021 Straw Poll as Supporters urge another White House 2024 Run The 45th President took the straw poll by a whopping 49 points. Florida governor Ron DeSantis came in second place with 21%. And it was just downhill for Republican hopefuls from there. Rand Paul garnered 1%, along with Nikki Haley, Ted Cruz, Tucker Carlson, Kristi Noem, and Mike Pompeo.
