Ukraine War: Zelensky Says He Wants Talks With Putin, Failure Means ‘Third World War’

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday announced he’s ready to negotiate with Russian President Vladimir Putin, but he warned that if the talks fail, the conflict could escalate to become World War III.

“I’m ready for negotiations with him. I was ready for the last two years. And I think that without negotiations, we cannot end this war,” Zelensky told CNN.
