Revising Reality!!!

How easy is it for our reality to be manipulated? What happens when a website like Wikipedia is manipulated by those with a particular ideology? BTW, keep an eye out for Part 2 of this. I forgot to include something so instead of redoing the original video, I just recorded an addendum to the original.
