[UPDATE-JAN 2nd] AQ/Hurras al-Din claims a remote control VBIED attack against Russian base near Tal al Samen Northern Raqqa. *** A car bomb attack made several injured among the servicemen. This part of Syria is under the conrol of the Syrian Democratic Forces. Russian forces have brought military reinforcements to their base in the Tal al-Saman region, which is located north of Raqqa governorate.
