Russia was forced to expel three European diplomats, who took part in illegal rallies in Russia, as a response to their meddling with Russia’s domestic affairs, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Sunday. “Regrettably, we had to take measure.
