President Donald Trump quickly rejected a request by House impeachment managers on Thursday to testify at his upcoming Senate impeachment trial. Lead impeachment manager Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., sent a letter to the president’s attorneys on Thursday requesting Donald Trump testify before or during his impeachment trial, which begins next Tuesday.
