Twitter is being sued for refusing to remove a video of alleged child sex abuse from its platform. According to the lawsuit, a child was coerced by sex traffickers to record sex acts with another minor. A video of this was later posted on Twitter. When he asked for the video to be removed, Twitter allegedly said it “didn’t find a violation of our policies, so no action will be taken at this time.” It was only when the Department of Homeland Security stepped in that it was finally removed.
