Syria – visual confirmation missiles fired yesterday by pro-Assad forces, targeting oil facilities in the NE. Aleppo CS, were Tochka Tactical missiles. 4 civilians were killed, including a firefighter, and 27 others wounded. As this photo shows, last night strike with Tochka missiles on oil market in NE. countryside was devastating. 19 hours were needed to extinguish the fires.   Source: Intel…
