Unknown persons posted today suspicious leaflets throughout the Malian city of Tesalit. That depicts the chief leader of the al-Qaeda-affiliated terrorist organization Jamaat Nasr al-Islam wal Muslim, Iyad ag Ghali, also known as the Strategist.
