The concentration of more than 25k+ Russian troops on the border with Ukraine and the announcement of imminent land maneuvers, the incursion of U.S. warships into the Bosphorus, preceded by reconnaissance missions in the Black Sea by B-1 bombers, and the Ukrainian army’s alert for fear of an offensive that could overflow the autonomous territories of Donetsk and Lugansk.
