Voting starts in Chad with veteran leader Deby set to secure sixth term

Voting has started in Chad as people head to polls to take part in the presidential elections, in which Idriss Deby is widely expected to extend his three-decade rule.    A former rebel leader, Deby, 68, has been at the helm of the impoverished African country since 1990.
