A group of highly trained U.S. military veterans have been conducting secret rescue missions behind the Biden State Department’s back, rescuing hundreds of Afghan allies from Afghanistan with their heroic efforts. The group dodged heavily militarized Taliban checkpoints to smuggle people through to the airport, using images of pineapples on their phones to show those being brought in that they were on their side. Jariko Denman, a former Army Ranger who served in Afghanistan, was in Kabul working with other veterans to get Afghan allies and their families out of the country and left right before the deadly attacks.
