Russian Satellite Kosmos-2551 Burned Up Over North America on Oct. 20

The Russian reconnaissance satellite Kosmos-2551, launched by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on September 9, 2021, burns up in the dense layers of the atmosphere over North America on October 20, 2021.      According to Russian official reports, the launch was successful. However, according to the data collected by the Western independent astronomical observers, the Kosmos-2551 satellite in orbit did not perform any maneuvers and did not send any recorded radio signals, due to malfunction actually.
