Three men have been arrested by the UK police under the Terrorism Act following a car explosion outside a hospital in Liverpool that resulted in one death. In a statement on Sunday, Counter Terrorism Police North West said three men, aged between 21 and 29, were detained in the Kensington area of the northwest England. They said they were continuing to ascertain the cause of the blast and working with Merseyside Police as the investigation continued “at pace”.
