Russia is prepared to help Turkey and Armenia normalize relations, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova told a press briefing on Thursday, state-run Tass agency reported. “Our country is ready to further promote this process in every possible way,” Zakharova said. “The launch of this process, as we believe, would undoubtedly contribute to the improvement of the general situation in the region.” Russia is “taking all measures to restore economic ties and transport links in the region”, she added.
