Moscow reserves the right to respond to unfriendly actions from the European Union against Russian citizens and organizations, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said in a commentary to the introduction of new unilateral restrictions by the EU. “Russia reserves the right to respond to unfriendly actions from the EU,” the diplomat pointed out.
