Boston Marathon Bomber Among Recipients of Biden’s $1,400 COVID Relief Checks

When Congress was debating Joe Biden’s $1.9 trillion coronavirus stimulus plan last April, some Republican critics warned that the $1,400 relief checks being offered up to Americans could end up going to some criminals behind bars. And it seems their concerns were well-warranted.
