The House select partisan committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot plans to vote to subpoena President Donald Trump during Thursday’s public hearing.

“The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol plans to vote to subpoena former President Donald Trump,” NBC reported based on sources familiar with the committee’s plans.
