REPLAY: French President Macron makes address after European summit in Prague

French President Emmanuel Macron said at a summit of government leaders in Prague that Europe will intensify talks with gas suppliers, and coordinate with big Asian partner countries on gas purchases, and will also put in place mechanisms to ensure financial solidarity among European states.     He also announced plans to create a fund worth 100 million euros at first to buy arms to support Ukraine directly from arms manufacturers.    …
