Goldilocks and Seeds of Wisdom Goldilocks posted some comments and a link this afternoon: Per phone meeting with CBI Banker today. Iraq is planning on implementing their electronic payments on the QFS by June. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Per CBI Banker conversations. Here is where we stand so far.  By the end of May, Iraq’s people will have their Visa and MasterCards loaded onto the new digital banking electronic system. In June, the expectation for them is to migrate onto the QFS. ~~~~~~~~~~ We are about to experience more bank failures in May. Look for currency interventions to begin in May and into June….
